Lauren is a recent graduate of the Massage Therapy program at Kootenay Columbia College. Her approach is client-centered, tailoring each treatment to meet each person’s unique needs and goals. She blends Swedish massage, myofascial release, deep tissue, and trigger point therapy, along with self-care education to empower clients in their recovery.
Lauren creates a safe and supportive space to facilitate relaxation and overall wellness.

Zoe believes in the power of massage therapy to alleviate pain, support the nervous system, increase functional movement, improve posture, and create a sense of comfort, safety and wellbeing. Zoe approaches the body intuitively, while also being grounded in her anatomical knowledge. Weaving together a variety of techniques, Zoe aims to balance deep specific work with a relaxing and restorative component in response to each clients unique and individual needs. As a Certified Yoga Instructor, Zoe enjoys sharing home care with her clients that is both accessible and effective.
To her practice, Zoe brings over a decade of experience and a wealth of knowledge. She originally trained in 2012 at Vancouver School of Bodywork and Massage and then began treating at backcountry heli/cat/fishing lodges and luxury spas. In 2024 Zoe graduated from the intensive 3000 hr program at Kootenay Columbia College of Integrative Health Sciences in Nelson, B.C and received her full licensing.
