Zoe is passionate about the healing and change that massage therapy can create. To her practice, she brings over a decade of experience and a wealth of knowledge. She originally trained in 2012 at Vancouver School of Bodywork and Massage and then began treating at backcountry heli/cat/fishing lodges and luxury spas. In 2024 Zoe graduated from the intensive 3000 hr program at Kootenay Columbia College of Integrative Health Sciences in Nelson, B.C; she is currently awaiting her formal registration and offering discounted non registered massage therapy prices.
Zoe believes in the power of massage therapy to alleviate pain, support the nervous system, increase functional movement, improve posture, and create a sense of comfort, safety and wellbeing. Zoe approaches the body intuitively and with flow, while also being grounded in her anatomical knowledge. Weaving together a variety of techniques, Zoe aims to balance deep specific work with a relaxing and restorative component in response to each clients unique and individual needs. As a Certified Yoga Instructor, Zoe enjoys sharing home care with her clients that is both accessible and effective.
