Lauren is a recent graduate of the Massage Therapy program at Kootenay Columbia College. Her approach is client-centered, tailoring each treatment to meet each person’s unique needs and goals. She blends Swedish massage, myofascial release, deep tissue, and trigger point therapy, along with self-care education to empower clients in their recovery.

Lauren creates a safe and supportive space to facilitate relaxation and overall wellness.

Outside the clinic, you can find Lauren mountain biking, snowboarding, or rock climbing! Her love for movement fuels her approach to massage, helping others keep moving and doing what they love.
